Just browse our shop online, and add any bouquets of gifts that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout' button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept any debit of credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own local currency.
We accept most credit and debit card payments, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. You may send and pay for flowers over the phone by calling us. Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone are subject to a cancellation fee.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when payment has been processed. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Delivery Schedule Orders received before 1pm Monday to Saturday UK time for UK delivery will be delivered on the same day if required. Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that day (note must be received before same day cut off time shown above). Orders placed to be delivered on a public holiday will be delivered the next working day. Online deliveries can only be in the UK. To send flowers overseas please telephone.
Standard deliveries made between the hours of 10-4 pm . There is a option for Am delivery - delivered before 12.
Funeral items - Standard procedure , delivery 2 hours before the service on day of service . Funeral directors prefered delivery address .
Please telephone if you have an emergency order.
If you require specific flowers please telephone at least 48 hours before delivery is required..
If the person is not at the address we will attempt to leave the item with the nearest neighbour . A note will be left stating where the item has been left .
Failing that the item will be returned to the shop and a note is left asking them to contact the shop to arrange redelivery or collection .
We are not responsible for theft or damage of flowers, plants or sundries if left. Please take this into consideration when leaving instructions to be left in porches etc.
Tax Charges Orders are inclusive of 20% VAT Credit Card Security. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website. Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone are subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Because of the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery of your flowers. We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint. . Care guide/instructions are given with all flower gift items . We are not responsable for failure to follow instructions and neglect of perishable items. Replacements/Refunds are not given because of personnel preference of colours or flowers or foliage .
In the event that a incorrect address is given, if in the Cardiff area we will attempt a delivery to the new address.If the Recipient is no longer in the Cardiff area, collection of the item is available from our shop on Whitchurch road . A refund will not be given due to the item being made up and a delivery already attempted.
Cancelled items - 72 hours noticed required on all flower item ordered for full refund .
Weddings and events.
Please use our wedding /event contact form for a free quote. we aim to get back to you within 2 working days .
Consultation fee is £15. for 30 min paid prior to consultation. This is non refundable.
48 hours notice required for cancellation or rescheduling .
£100 booking charge required to secure the date . Non refundable . Total to be paid in full 10 days prior to date- we do not order any flowers until payment is made in full.
Please note in the event of late payment -Flowers quoted for your wedding may become unavailable and substitution will be made . .
Cancellations.
In the unfortunate event that your wedding/event is cancelled , we will refund any monies paid minus any costs/purchases we have made in connection to the event .
All hired item(s) to be returned within 7 days of event . Damage deposit taken on each item .-returned once item(s) returned in tact .
Delivery and collection available on all hire items - cost depending on item(s),destination and if set up is needed- quote available on request .
Arch hire on weekends will be collected next working day (Take this into account if event falls on a bank holiday weekend collection will be Tuesday). Please check with your venue before hiring .
